Prepare the Board Application (Required by Coops and some Condos) Upon lease signing, we will assist the prospective tenant in compiling documents necessary to complete the board application as well as suggest ways in which to enhance the tenant’s application. Additionally, we critically review the application prior to its submission and prepare the tenant for the board interview when necessary.
Transaction Management Listing to lease signing or final approval, The FARE Group will coordinate and oversee the entire process: pricing, marketing, negotiations, lease signing, board application, board interview and final approval. We will act as a liaison between managing agent and all relevant parties while keeping in constant contact with you regarding all developments concerning the lease of your property.
