Pelham/Pelham Manor

Pelham is often referred to as the first suburb north of New York City, which displays pleasant, thought-out planning throughout. Though its history dates back to the 1650’s, Pelham Manor wasn’t incorporated until the late 1800’s. Excellent community services and amenities, paired with a convenient half hour commute to Grand Central continue to make the houses of Pelham and Pelham Manor desirable properties, especially for families.
