Our Story
The FARE Group was founded on three core principles, to:
1.  SIMPLIFY the process of buying and selling real estate,
2.  PROTECT our clients' best interests within the fast-paced markets of New York City and Westchester County, and
3.  DELIVER truly personalized service to every client both in person and via emerging technologies.
Our founder, Maria Gomez (link to bio) is a passionate, entrepreneurial Native New Yorker who found her calling while assisting her father in purchasing real estate. She was shocked not only by the procedural details and challenges, but also by the lack of client guidance and service, and so she set out to master the business and to build a career based upon sharing knowledge, instilling confidence, and building client trust. Known equally for her expert negotiating skills as for her ability to make the real estate process truly personal and enjoyable, it is Maria's passion and vision which guide The FARE Group.
