SoHo, South of Houston, offers an excellent Downtown location and a unique interpretation of industrial neighborhood-turned-bohemian-enclave-turned-luxury-neighborhood. With reminders of the 80's downtown renaissance still apparent on the occasional graffiti covered wall, SoHo’s blocks are bursting with trendsetters and trend-watchers alike. Dominated by converted loft buildings with their distinctive cast iron columns and more recent luxury construction, there are still mid-century and older tenement style buildings on the periphery of the area to the North and West.
